Father traps daughter’s boyfriend just to beat him up and stages a fake robbery case to get rid of legal soup.
Mansaram Yadav, 19, of Dang Rajpur Rural Municipality-3 Khardaria got a call on the 21st of Shrawan from his girlfriend and rode his bicycle to the girl’s home in Rajpur-3 at nine o’clock in the evening only to get beaten by his girlfriend’s father.
Mansaram was immediately attacked by some individuals as soon as he reached his girlfriend’s house. He was taken to the home of Dhir Bahadur Yadav and was again severely beaten again the police report says.
The one who assaulted Mansaram was none other than Pateshwar Yadav, his girlfriend’s father. Pateshwar was a teacher of the school where Mansaram studies. His daughter, Mansaram’s girlfriend also studies in the same school.
When Pateshwar got to know out about the relationship between his daughter and Mansaram, compelled his daughter call Mansaram to meet, and planned to beat the boy, according to Ranju KC, Inspector of the District Police Office, Dang.
After beating Mansaram badly, Pateshwar created a fake agreement where he labeled Mansaram as a thief.
“Pateshwar forced the boy to confess that he had come to his home for a robbery at night, and made him sign paper where he admitted being a thief,” said Ranju KC.
Mansaram forcefully signed on the paper where he admitted being caught and beaten after during robbery. It further reads that he will not file a police complaint for being beaten.
However, contarary to that ‘fake agreement’, Mansaram filed a police complaint on Shrawan 26. Police has already taken Pateshwar Yadav and Dhir Bahadur into custody for further investigations. Three people involved in the incident are on the run, police says.
