Balen Shah, the mayor of Kathmandu Metropolitan City, has also supported the movement of share investors. On Wednesday, he met with Ansanrat Tilak Koirala and offered his full support.
According to Shah, he will do his best to meet Tilak Koirala. “Our support is strong. How can we help?” he said. According to him, any new regulations will affect the economy. According to Balen, the National Bank, the Ministry of Finance, and other organizations should be consulted in order to address the current movement of investors. The government and other organizations were asked to deal with the problem quickly.
As our nation is still developing, he claimed that the only way the country could be grown was through the capital market. He claimed that numerous hydropower facilities were built with significant help from the stock market. Even if the government had built them, load shedding would still be a reality.
They have called the government’s attention to the investors’ demands, arguing that it is inhumane of the government to disregard the investors when they call the government’s attention to their rights.
