The Board has directed NEPSE to set up procedures for the transfer of such information. Without breaking sub-rule (4) of Rule 27 of the Securities Market Operation Rules, 2064 BS, the Board has instructed Nepse to establish arrangements for the flow of such details after the transaction time.

The board has directed NEPSE to open a screen exhibition room. Board claims that the Government of Nepal has loosened the restriction system in most places. This was closed totally or partially due to the risk of coronavirus infection due to the low rate of infection.

As a result, all brokers will be able to open the exhibition room. For this, they should follow the security procedures outlined in the Covid 19 reduction plan. To avoid crowding in the securities broker’s office, the screen display room was closed.
